This is a slow vinyasa flow class which focuses on yoga asanas (postures), pranayama pranayama (breathing practices), and helps to bring balance to the body and overall health and wellbeing. This class will help you to increase your flexibility, mobility, strength and improve your balance and posture. Meditation, guided imagery and relaxation will be incorporated to support deep relaxation and help you feel deeply relaxed. Basic, intermediate and more advanced variations of the asanas will be provided with a focus on yogic breathing and safe alignment. Whether a novice or seasoned yogi/yogini you will leave this class feeling the inherent balance, both recharged and relaxed. All of my classes focus on safety and alignment and I provide modifications ensuring you, the student are safe and feel included. As with all of my classes we work with different themes and the seasons. Those who block book have priority and will be guaranteed a space. If drop in check in advance to ensure a space is available please. Free parking onsite. The studio has underfloor heating. Fully equipped studio.

I began my yoga journey approximately 27 years ago. Fast forward to 2019 and I am now a qualified (BWY Dip) (500 hour) teacher and have been teaching for approximately 13 years. Having discovered the delights of a regular yoga and meditation practice I wanted to share this amazing elixir of life (yoga and meditation), and help others with their health and wellbeing and to empower them to be proactive and take control of their lives, to achieve balance in their daily lives and strive to find optimum health and wellbeing.
After many years of teaching and using cold, drafty halls, with dusty floors and lighting and flooring not made for yoga plus having to carry so much yoga equipment around with me, I finally decided that it was time to create the perfect space. The Bhuti Yoga Retreat Studio was born.
I wanted to create a peaceful tranquil space away from the noise and pollution of the City and after searching for almost 5 years I finally found the perfect location and venue. The Bhuti Yoga Retreat Studio is situated in the County of Norfolk and set inBeing situated just a short distance from Norwich City centre and set in such a serene location I named the studio The 'Bhuti' Retreat, 'Bhuti' when translated means 'wellbeing'. I wanted to find a venue that felt very much as though you were in the countryside and surrounded by nature and this venue was exactly what I had dreamed of. The studio has a calm atmosphere and energy that lifts your spirit, a place to leave your worries and stresses of daily lives, a place that will nourish and nurture you and you will leave feeling relaxed, energised and ready to face the challenges that life throws at you. The studio is fully equipped with mats and yoga props but feel free to bring along your own mat should you wish.
Set in two acres of land surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. The studio is bright and spacious, has underfloor heating and a woodburner stove ensuring you will feel warm and cosy on those cold winter evenings. The studio has large doors that open onto the garden where you will spot lots of wildlife.

We offer you a holistic approach to health & Wellbeing and will offer and teach you techniques and tools to help you manage and care for your own health and wellbeing, mind and body. We offer yoga, meditation, mindfulness, personal development and business coaching & mentoring.
We offer various styles of yoga (e.g. vinyasa, yin, restorative, therapeutic, relaxation, hot yoga) classes, private appointments, workshops, weekend retreats, chair yoga, Corporate yoga, yoga parties, mini retreats at your home/venue or at our studio and celebratory events for that special person and occasion be it a hen party, wedding Birthday celebration or a group of friends wanting to get together.
