A Hatha class incorporating flowing movements, linked with breath. Includes guided meditations, breathwork and asana (physical postures). Held in the beautiful studio at Bank Basement, classes are limited to 8 students.

An experienced teacher of 8 years, I work primarily with women on a 1-1 and small group basis, at studios in Kenilworth and Southam. Sessions are designed for the student, addressing specific physical and mental goals or concerns. I teach mindfulness and meditation in an accessible way, with a focus on stress reduction. Physically, I focus on improving strength and mobility where necessary, as well as releasing tension in the body. Classes and events are always capped to a maximum of 8 students to ensure a personalised experience.
