A slow flowing style of yoga, practising with the breath, the elements and seasonal awareness through the Wheel of the Year. Depending on weather and temperature, we practise more dynamically or in a more restful, cooling way. Always respectful of individual bodies and limitations.

Senior Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance)
Mona is a native Bavarian, from Southern Germany. She began practising Yoga after moving to London in her early twenties and has continued to study and practise yoga in the UK for the last thirty years.
Mona has been living at Redfield Community in Winslow for the last fifteen years and is deeply connected to communal living, growing food, sustainability, and sharing resources. Mona is passionate about Ecology, Nature Connection, Shamanism, Arts and Crafts and working with Plant Allies and is weaving these elements into her yoga teachings.
In the last decade, Mona has enjoyed studying and teaching Breathwork, Pranayama, Ayurveda & Yoga Philosophy and is currently teaching the Yoga Philosophy Module on the Whitespace Yoga Studio Yoga Teacher Training Course.
Mona is further qualified to teach Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yoga for Backs, Pregnancy Yoga,Womens Health Yoga Therapy and Ayuryoga.
She is currently completing a Master's in Movement, Mind and Ecology at Schumacher College in Devon.
