Yoga helps me to feel at home in my body and find some stillness and silence in this busy, noisy world. I enjoy sharing the practices that I love with others.
Small, welcoming classes create an inclusive experience for everyone. Practising and teaching yoga has been my passion for over 20 years. I particularly enjoy working with older students, using yoga practices to meet the challenges of ageing gracefully.
Classes include posture work, breathing practices and guided relaxation or meditation. Stretch and Relax classes are suitable for older students (50 plus)
In a class you will explore slow, mindful movement to deepen awareness of the felt sense of your body, discover how feeling supported by the ground allows the body to find balance and move with ease, and rest in stillness and silence with awareness of whatever is present in each moment.
