This class is run by a yoga club. The 12 week term works out as £7.50 a class. We occasionally have spaces for new members and operate a wait list to ensure everyone has plenty of space.
Limbering is followed by Posture work which is in turn followed by breathing and relaxation. This is held in the Dance studio and has plenty of free parking outside. This group of all abilities enjoys Hatha yoga with influences from scaravelli, Iyengar, and Ashtanga. We sometimes have a guest teacher who adds an element of YIN yoga -restorative yoga .

I have been practising yoga for over 15 years and teaching since 2000. I have practised Ashtanga, Hatha and Dru yoga. My style is Scaravelli inspired Hatha, encouraging softness and awareness rather than hard shapes. Using the breath and movement to develop postures. Relaxation is essential to stop the world for a few minutes while we get off!
