In person class for beginners at the Derby Iyengar Yoga Studio. The place to start if you have no prior experience of yoga or of Iyengar Yoga! Great for complete beginners, but also great for those students who want to revisit the basics and refresh their skills and understanding (maybe after a long break from regular classes). Charlotte Rosser (Derby IYENGAR Yoga)

I have practised Iyengar Yoga for since 2004 and I trained as a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher with Advanced Level Teacher, Jayne Orton at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of Birmingham. I qualified as a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher in 2014 and in 2017 I passed further assessments to become an Intermediate Level Teacher.
