Erin came to yoga at a time when both her body and mind fought stillness. It provided movement that focused her mind and helped her come back to stillness. Erin qualified from Esther Ekhart’s Hatha Flow Yoga 200 hour teacher training in March 2017. She has since trained with Julie Martin in January 2018.
Erin’s approach centres around practising body awareness through a combination of movement and stillness within postures. She invites her students to develop an intimacy with the body by becoming curious about their own experience. She encourages students to find their own personal functional forms within asanas
