Come and join me for yoga classes for all abilities on Mon 10.30am - noon, Tues 6.45 - 8.15pm, Wed 7.30 - 9.00pm chair yoga Mon 12.20 - 1.05pm in Houghton on the Hill village hall, Leicestershire, LE7 9GE. Wed 10 - 11.30 am, chair yoga 11.50am - 12.35pm Oadby Botanical Gardens, Beaumont Hall, Stoughton Drive South, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 2NA.
Sound baths Tilton on the Hill and Oakham.
Fully insured Sunpower yoga accredited teacher. YA 200 hours, trained also in kids & teen yoga
