Kathryn is from New York and originally worked in the arts. Before moving to the UK she did 5 years in New York’s construction industry as a Teamster site Forman on construction sites at Battery Park City which led to two seasons as a production manager with the humanist circus Cirque du Soleil in New York, before coming to the UK.
Kathryn has been working as a therapist and facilitator over 20 years. In 2003 she was ordained as an Interfaith Minister .
In June 2006, Kathryn was chosen to meet the Queen on her 80th birthday tour.
She has appeared on Good Morning with Richard and Judy Madeley (ITV), Chained (E 4) and been featured in related articles..
She holds private sessions, workshops and retreats.
In 2013 Kathryn trained to be a Kundalini Yoga
teacher with Hari Krishan Singh from the Karma Kriya School.
And has work in the US, UK , South Korea and France .
