Yoga is a uniquely effective method of alleviating health problems, whether minor, acute or chronic. It restores the natural movement of joints and muscles and boosts the natural healing energies of the body. Some examples of conditions that can be helped are backache, injuries, arthritis, asthma, IBS, gynaecological problems, fatigue, depression and hypertension.
In an initial consultation (£60) we give you a Yoga programme suited to your specific needs. You follow this in the classes under supervision. This programme is developed over time.
