Experience a unique fusion of two of the most popular styles of yoga. You will be guided to a 60-minute practice combining Vinyasa yoga, a fast-paced energizing practice and Yin, a slow-paced & calming one. Classes are themed and usually starts with a dynamic flow that is mood and music-driven. The second half is spent doing grounding practices where poses are held for a longer time not to push your body to its limits but encourages you to soften, gradually loosening those stiff areas of the body. Suitable for all levels including adventurous beginners.

Elaine is a certified yoga instructor who completed a multi-form aligned vinyasa-focused training in Koh Pangan, Thailand. Nurse by profession, she spent several years working as a registered Manager for Domiciliary care agencies and a Nursing Home in Rochdale. Elaine has been practicing yoga for over 5 years and finally decided to get certification to teach this year. After her training, she thought of combining the 2 things she that she is passionate about which is serving/helping the community and Yoga. She is determined to break the stereotype and stigma around middle age individual experiencing the effect of hormonal change in their body either during monthly hormonal cycle(for the young generation) and effects of menopause(for the middle aged individuals) and andropause(for men). She aims to build and grow a community that is safe, accepting, and empowering through Yoga, leaving a positive impact wherever and whenever she can.
