A fun vibrant class with elements of Vinyasa flow and Hatha yoga. Different themes from philosophy to anatomy each week aim to keep it interesting and fresh. Modifications given for all abilities, peak pose often included. Sanskrit with English translations used for a more authentic class and lots of helpful pointers during the poses. Breathing & meditation techniques included, leave feeling refreshed, strengthened and calm.

My name is Melanie Hiblen and I have practiced and studied mixed discipline yoga for 13 years. I have an absolute passion to share with you what I have learned in the hope that I can achieve my goal of making people feel better; in themselves, about their lives, the way they cope with stress and even their relationships with others.
I obtained a distinction in hatha yoga teacher training for the British School of Yoga back in 2014 and I continue to learn my craft via my own practice, my wonderful teachers and many workshops and online tuition. My influences run far and wide and I share all aspects of yoga from philosophy to physical. I believe that the life changing effects of yoga can benefit everybody.
My classes are warm, friendly, informative, challenging, calming and interesting and I really hope you will take the opportunity to come and practice yoga with me.
