This class is suitable for toddlers from confident walking to school age. Using songs and rhymes alongside plenty of movement and stretching, this class is designed to support the transition from babyhood to independent movement. This mutual practise is a perfect follow on from baby yoga for moving babies.

Clare is Birthlight trained in Baby Yoga and Toddler Yoga and has been running classes since 2012. Clare qualified to teach yoga to children with Calm for Kids in 2015 and qualified to teach yoga to Teens with Teen Yoga in 2016.
Clare is a Mother of 3 and also a volunteer Breastfeeding Peer Supporter with Newcastle Breastfeeding Support.
