A lively yoga class using music, dance, games & stories - classes include parents/carers so helping stengthen the bond with the child through yoga. After 30mins of yoga we have some short free play and refreshment for all.

Trained by Yoga Banana's, Cosmic Kids,Kidding Around Yoga & Teen Yoga . I run children's yoga classes for ages 2-4 Years, 5-11years and 13-18yrs. I am Yoga Alliance registered YRTC. I run classes in Kent and I teach in schools and pre-schools. I am first aid qualified and fully insured.
TOTS - 2-5 yrs - Fun & fast moving yoga, bringing stories to life with children going on wild adventures sometimes hissing like snakes, breathing like dragons or flying like birds. Followed by a craft activity.
KIDS - 5-11 yrs - An energising and exciting yoga class for children, mixing yoga poses in dynamic routines, games and using music. Find your balance, confidence, flexibility and strength, then chill out to finish with guided relaxations.
TEENS - 13-18yrs - Adult style classes with a youthful twist, using music and age appropriate games along with partner poses to encourage friendship, kindness & respect. Teaching mindfulness plus breathing techniques & relaxation especially helpful at exam time.
