Traditional Hatha Yoga Classes are for practitioners looking to deepen their understanding of postures, sequences and pranayama techniques. This class focus is on the essentials of yoga. In this class you really become aware of your own body mobility and alignment. The class is moderately paced with detailed instruction and demonstration of posture. Adjustment in the posture is offered to help you benefit from correct alignment if the teacher feels the adjustment is required. Suitable for all levels
