Classes held in Chepstow Yoga Space, Devauden, Raglan near Monmouth, Abergavenny Yoga, Llanfoist, Monmouthshire, Wales.
We love introducing people to Mindful Dru Yoga and encouraging them to approach their practise in a non violent, gentle way that is respectful towards their bodies and non competitive.

By respecting our bodies, we finally can relax, release stress and tension and begin to stretch, becoming more flexible.
You may find you connect with your quiet self and relax deeply with our wonderful 4 step relaxation technique.
