Seaham (Iyengar) Yoga Studio

Seaham Yoga Studio was established by Laurie Bray in December 2014, and is dedicated to Iyengar Yoga.
Fully equipped, the studio also has a 20ft rope-wall for Kurunta asana practice.
Easily accessible (just off the A19 north of Seaham, near the Funshack), there is ample free car parking right outside.
Certified Iyengar yoga teachers, qualified to Intermediate Junior level, also welcome beginners.
