Weekly classes on Tuesday evenings 8:00pm to 9:30pm
Yoga for All - Maximum 20 students.

A 90 minute class includes the full range of introductory asanas and pranayamas, with some intermediate practices. Restorative class every 4th week.

Clean modern laminate floor. Experienced students please bring your yoga kit. Beginners, just bring a blanket or towel.

Work at your level to improve your postures and experience the full benefits of yoga.

Pricing - £10 drop in or any 6 classes for £50 or unlimited classes for a month £50. Classes have maximum 12 students so your needs can be well understood and met.
