I have practiced Yoga for over 3 years. My classes are a mixed style which I would call Hatha Flow yoga, concentrating on muscle tension release for improved muscle efficiency and breath control during yoga poses to build strength and improve the health of mind and body in unison.
I believe that yoga is for everyone, no matter who you are and whatever the state of your current level of fitness or health. My teaching is designed to accommodate everyone, with a good range of options and modifications of the basic poses to suit all levels. But don't just take my word for it - try it for yourself.
Qualifications
2014 - 200hrs RYT Yoga Alliance Teacher Certificate
