At the heart of her teaching style is a wholesome approach to practice on and off the yoga mat. Being mindful of how we care for ourselves, others and the environment is central to Ceri's teaching. Her own study and practice continues to influence the style of yoga which is rooted in Hatha yoga and inspired by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli.
Hatha yoga includes physical practice (asana), breathing (pranayama) and meditation. Each practice includes the mind, body and breath revitalising you as a whole.
Alongside yoga, swimming is also a passion in particular how swimming can bring a sense of calmness, strength and energy. Ceri is interested in exploring how yoga can compliment swimming.
