Various classes available throughout the week. We tend to focus on different areas of the body with an emphasis on building strength. For example, upper body strength, core-strong, hip-openings, working towards inversions, etc.
Suitable for all levels, although a complete beginner 5-week course is also available separately.

About Emma - The Good Food Yogi
Emma is a registered member as ‘Senior Yoga Teacher’ with the Yoga Alliance Professionals, after qualifying in 2013 with Sampoorna School of Yoga, India, with a 200 hour qualification in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
She continues to develop her own Ashtanga Practice daily and completes training every year, training with Kino McGregor, Tim Feldmann, as well as completing a 40-hour teacher training with the legendary David Swenson.
