Offering Yoga for all levels, including beginners. I believe Yoga is for everyone and it is important to practice at your own level. I offer modifications, alternatives and progressions depending on ability, injuries and level.

Mondays at 1.45pm and Wednesdays 9.30am
Introductory offer £15 for 3 classes to try out my classes.
Trained with Yogacampus London - 18 month course
Offer progressions for those who would like more of a challenge.
Modifications for injuries/medical issues
Beginners welcome and can offer an introductory short class.
