Vinyasa Flow Yoga practices include pranayama (breath control), use of breath to flow through asanas (poses to improve flexibility, strength, control, balance and focus in the body and mind) and meditation and relaxation techniques.

I found yoga at a point in my life when I was going through a difficult period. Yoga has helped me to transform my life and wellbeing and I wish to help others in this process too. Previously, I was a professional dancer and then a teacher of performing arts for over twenty five years. All my classes are beginner friendly and all levels/experience are welcome.
My Mission: To share the benefits of yoga within the local community.
