CLASS DESCRIPTION:
"Yoga classes designed to strengthen, tone, energize & soothe, whilst peeling away tension & toxins from both body & mind. Leave feeling refreshed & uplifted with a deeper sense of calm & clarity, ready for the rest of your day & week!"
A flowing, dynamic vinyasa Hatha Yoga, linking breath to movement, enabling the practice to become a 'moving meditation'.
Modifications & alternatives are offered to guide you safely through your practice, allowing for an inclusive group experience, with individual progression.
CLASS LEVEL: OPEN CLASSES ~Beginners Welcome:
