Currently I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga to all levels ,as i always offer modifications in my classes .My yoga style helps nourish the mind ,body and soul as I strive to ensure all my students leave the class feeling calm and energised.I am a firm believer that anyone can practice yoga .There is no age ,colour or ability restrictions and as yogis we must do what feels comfortable,using the breath to work our way to increased flexibility and strength day by day .Yoga is a great way to unwind and alleviate the stresses that come our way in a busy city such as London.
