While this class is open level, some previous yoga experience would be beneficial. A dynamic class linking postures together seamlessly in a flow-style sequence. Vinyasa yoga focuses on synchronising movement to breath; it can be described as a moving meditation which energises and steadies both mind and body. This class will gradually build up to warm the body, by flowing through postures to reach the peak of the class, before gently bringing you back down into Savasana (relaxation), you will leave this class feeling energised and relaxed.
