This class is a mix of vinyasa flow and hatha yoga. A dynamic, fairly fast paced class.

I'm a BWY student teacher nearing the end of my three year teacher training programme . I've been teaching for two years now but but practicing yoga for the last 9 years. I love different styles of yoga but my favourites are vinyasa flow and yin. I teach hatha, vinyasa and yin classes and believe that the postures should be modified for the individual rather than making the individual fit the pose.
