A mixed level class for those wanting a slightly gentler practice. A well rounded, basic yoga practice with emphasis on breathing and healthy alignment. Beginners are welcome, but it is suggested that you complete a beginners course first.

Simona teaches beginners, general and intermediate Vinyasa Hatha Yoga classes in Bath. She has been training as an Anusara teacher for the last 3 years. She also teaches yoga holidays abroad. Each class focuses on breath, flow and alignment. Also qualified to teach Pregnancy, post-natal, kids yoga.
