I am a fully qualified yoga teacher specialising in vinyasa flow yoga which focusses on syncronising the breath with movement and Yin yoga which is a slower form of yoga where we stay in postures for longer to work on deep releasing of fascia and connective tissue. My classes are mixed level whereby I offer variations so you can take the class at your own pace. Currently my classes are online via Zoom.
