Go with the flow in this dynamic Yoga class. Linking postures together and moving from one to another seamlessly whilst connecting to and following the breath. We focus on breathing to move deeper into postures to help regulate the heart rate as we build up a little bit of heat within the body. Easily adapted so it is suitable for all abilities.
