I am a yoga instructor with over 25 years experience on the mat, currently teaching regular classes and workshops in the West Cork area.
I teach mainly Vinyasa style, dynamic classes, both for beginners and those with a high level of experience. I am also qualified in fitness and personal training, and am currently studying the practice of acro yoga
