Thursday's classes are led by Inez Roberta and are around the mat in a mandala style vinyasa class.
Inez’s teaching method is rooted in Ashtanga, vinyasa and power styles of yoga and her classes are fun and challenging both mentally and physically. This class is for those with an understanding of yoga, but not necessarily years of practice.

As a former West End worker, and now mother of three, I understand the stresses and strains of everyday life in London. The pressure of the corporate world is what led to me finding yoga and I haven't looked back. Having studied traditional Hatha yoga in India, immersed in the culture and colour of Kerala, I am bringing a little of the well-being I found there back to London.
I have developed a strong, honest style with a slant towards catering for the London, corporate audience that is proving to be popular with students that I teach. I teach Hatha yoga, providing balanced classes, suitable for most levels with a warm up, sequence of asanas, plus fully guided relaxation to set students up for the day/week ahead.
