The Method consists of 25 postures and 2 powerful breathing techniques, as well as a guided relaxing Shavasna, all of which will ensure you leave every class feeling fully grounded, rested and restored. This framework will prepare you perfectly for all other Living Yoga classes, while also allowing you to dive ever deeper into your yogic journey. This course is designed for everyone new to Living Yoga, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.
