This is an improvers evening Yoga Flow Power class to whisk away the work / home stresses, incorporating Pranayama, Asana & Meditation; lit by candlelight. In this warm & welcoming space classes are kept to a maximum of 8 spaces, to allow for individual attention. The venue is set back in my home in Maulden, overlooking my lush, green garden; I use both candlelight & music to encourage a serene and tranquil environment in which to practice.

I am a Sun Power qualified teacher which is a European and Internationally recognised qualification, I also have qualifications with CYQ, REPs level 3 & Yoga Campus childrens yoga; additionally I'm progressing through Agamas Degree course in Advanced Meditation Yoga Practices . I have been qualified to adapt my classes to all abilities including pregnancy. I currently hold yoga courses which are bookable in 6 week blocks; they are suitable for beginners, but are somewhat challenging. Please contact me for more details.
