Come and join in yoga on a Wednesday night in the lovely Community Hall at The Life House, Washington Mind in Columbia.
The Life House is a well-being centre for all the community - a perfect place to practice yoga!
This is a mixed ability class - both the complete beginner and experienced yogi are very welcome. There is no need to book a place - just turn up!
If you have any equipment, please do bring with you - I have a limited amount of equipment including mats that you may borrow. If you don't have any of the below items, bringing a blanket with you would be very useful.

- bricks
- foam blocks

Hello! My name is Laura Noble and I'm an Introductory Level 2 Iyengar Yoga Teacher. I have practiced yoga for over 10 years and am keen to share the mental and physical benefits yoga can have with you.
I teach on a WEDNESDAY 18:30 - 19:30 at The Life House, Washington Mind, NE38 7LP £4 pay as you go.
This is a general class, no experience required and beginners are very welcome. I bring some equipment with me you are welcome to borrow. Equipment is used to aide stability, to support flexibility and strength and to help achieve alignment of the body, something which Iyengar Yoga focuses particularly upon.
The type of equipment used includes: a yoga mat, blocks, bricks, belts, blankets. If you do not have any equipment, bringing a blanket would be helpful. I have some equipment (including mats) that you are welcome to borrow.
