This class began in September 2022 and has become a lovely community who often head out for coffee afterwards. It’s a class in George’s style of Slow and Mindful, (Go Slow Movement™️) bringing awareness to the breath and body with relaxation. Suitable for limited mobility except the room is upstairs.

I have 1 class at Rowheath Pavilion, Bournville, Birmingham.
Beginners among the regulars are very welcome at Class on Mondays' upstairs in the Conference room @ 1830-1930. These are in 6 or 7 week blocks and very popular.

This is a weekly 50 minute class which has had various location changes around Kings Norton Green! It’s at the Bulls Head Pub 0920-1010am in their airy function room upstairs.
Thursday evenings for Beginners, refreshers, everyone at Cotteridge Quaker Meeting House, 1900-2000 hrs.
