Wellbeing classes offer simple effective exercises and sequences for a healthier, happier you. A blend of breathwork, Somatics, yoga and Pilates to open, mobilise, stretch and strengthen the body. We start with gentle breathwork and warm up and finish with relaxation. We take our time. Say No to aches and tension. This is a great way to enhance your daily life, feel good and make new friends.
People say they feel much better all around, more relaxed, spongier, taller, tension from backs and hips melted away and their breathing has improved. Also a great to boost your immune system, your health and wellbeing overall.

Classes are created to take you safely through poses, developing body and breath awareness. Each session includes the breath, a gentle warm up of joints and muscles, strength, balance, coordination, flexibility work and relaxation. I use a mix of breathwork, yoga, somatics, pilates and relaxation. My aim is to help you ease body and mind to make you feel good.
