Monday Willen Mixed-Ability Yoga Class takes place inside Willen pavilion, 28 Portland Dr, Willen, Milton Keynes MK15 9JP, from 6.00 till 7.10pm!
The place has the free parking space.
The class is designed to work on the key body muscles. It will bath every cell of your body with oxygen and will calm your mind.
You will discover how your breath can ease not only your mind, but help you move deeper in every posture, thus toning your body muscles and releasing lots of endorphins. In the end of the class you will have a sense of being at one with the world.
Anyone can do Yoga because its practice is aimed toward relaxation and stress reduction. You don’t have to worry about not being flexible enough or if you would be able to keep up with the class.
Students claim to have better night sleep, an ease with hip arthritis, shoulder tightness release and other benefits!

I started practicing yoga in 2004 and never stopped since. I found myself developing my practice and getting deeper into all that yoga can offer, exploring and experiencing the transformation that it brought into my life.
Yoga not only helped me with controlling my autoimmune disease but It took me through the most crucial and difficult stages in my life.
Yoga has brought so much inspiration, freedom and joy into my life that I was determined to share it, first with teaching yoga classes to my friends and, since 2015, teaching yoga in Milton Keynes to others who are curious to experience it. I used to offer one-hour classes, twice a week in the evening, to fit with my full time job at that time. In June 2017 I have completed my diploma (200 hours) teacher training course, accredited by Yoga Alliance.
Since April 2018 I have started teaching yoga classes in Milton Keynes on a full time basis, offering classes in community halls, companies a well as teaching privately.
All my being is a testament that yoga classes are a powerful tool, and I wholeheartedly believe that everyone can benefit and learn from doing yoga classes. As a teacher, I experience the most enjoyment from seeing my students practice, develop and then grow.
