Guiding you through mindfulness techniques designed to destress & clam down the mind followed by yin yoga, a slow-paced style of yoga where you hold relaxing floor-based yoga poses for 3-5 minutes in a relaxed atmosphere lit by candlelight. Beginners welcome!
Please bring your own mat to the studio as I can no longer supply equipment.
