Cass has been practicing yoga and meditation for many years. She is a yoga teacher and therapist, a mindfulness teacher and a psychotherapist. Cass brings these skills and knowledge together to create a unique, transformative and healing practice that supports body, mind and heart. Her yin yoga class are contemplative and weaves mindfulness and inner practices to help students to fully inhabit their bodies and mind and develop presence, openness and awareness.
