A mat based practice with poses held up to 5 minutes. Yin Yoga targets the deeper connective tissues of the body, such as the fascia, ligaments & joints. Yin Yoga helps you to access the parasympathetic nervous system which makes it a perfect practice to de-stress, unwind and relax.
You will be guided through gentle movement to help mobilise your joints and help to release stored tension in the body and mind.

Trained in India, 500 hours and teaches Mandala Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Rocket Yoga and Power Yoga. 10 Years experience of teaching yoga full time and training others to pursue their own dreams of teaching this sacred way of life at a studio in Essex.
