In yin yoga we hold poses for 1-7 minutes and allow the body to completely let go, fully supported by props to aid comfort and release. Perfect for everybody! By holding the poses we also tap into our 'happy hormones' within the parasympathetic nervous system creating sense of calm and ease in body, mind and spirit.
