With over 25 years of experience of teaching yoga and meditation, I have developed my own style based on the fundamentals of yoga: connecting with your true essence through breathing and touching the stillness as you continue to move though the physical asanas. The result is a discovery of self and a wonderful deep respect and love for your self as you realise your true magnificence. Therein lies the awakening: a clear mind and a strong body and your true essence all connected. A beautiful union resulting in the peace, joy and love that we all seek. It is all already present within you.

The sessions are as powerful or as gentle as you feel in the moment, with many variations of asanas offered. I encourage you to stay connected and to physically flow to the rhythm of life... from a place that is organic and true thereby moving your body as much as it needs to in the moment.
