Thursday: Hagworthingham 6.15-7.45pm £8.00 - Yoga - some Pilates
Mandatory: Yoga/Pilates (non slip) mats are required, rolled up hand towel, and one cushion for yoga and Pilates

I qualified as a yoga instructor in 2013 after three years of training, one year foundation with BWY, then a further two years of teacher training with FRYOG. I then gained Level 3 Mat Pilates Diploma with HFE in June 2018. I enjoy teaching Hatha Yoga, Pilates and mini fitball classes.
Other qualifications: General aqua fitness, Sunpower aqua yoga, Hydropilates (Hydrofit UK)
I have done various yoga classes/events which include: holistic hen parties, special needs, chair exercise, senior classes and chair classes at Dementia care homes.
