I'm Claire.

Join my gentle yoga and relaxation class in York, suitable for all levels.

St Clement's Hall, Nunthorpe Road, York.
Thursday's 11.30am until 1pm (term time)

I work as a NHS Radiographer and run my own holistic business which includes helping people with the wonderful benefits of Yoga, Hypnotherapy, Reiki and Women's Cacao Circle.
