Sue teaches a friendly, mixed ability yoga class where everyone is welcome, complete beginners or those with experience.
The class will include yoga postures to aid flexibility and a healthy body. Meditation, breathing and relaxation for a healthy mind.

Sue has been practising and teaching Yoga in the Iyengar method for over 20 years. She holds a teaching diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga and Ruth White, Karuna Yoga.
Sue has attended many retreats and workshops held by well respected teachers and continues to explore the many different aspects of yoga as part of her ongoing training.
