A friendly and welcoming Hatha Yoga class designed for gentle years or people with limited mobility. All levels of fitness and welcome. Relaxation is included at the end of each class. Please call to reserve your place if you can, as spaces are limited, but you are always welcome to drop-in.

Yoga Teacher & Reiki Master / Teacher.
I offer yoga classes for all ages and abilities, small groups and 1-2-1. Each class includes pranayama (breathwork) and a short meditation / guided visualisation.
I also offer reiki treatments as well as courses for those who wish to practice as a healer.
