Hatha Yoga class with relaxation. Mixed ability class suitable for intermediates and is accessible for beginners as the class size will be small. We will focus on breathing, stretching, strengthening and aligning our bodies: there will be a mixture of dynamic and static work, with an emphasis on good postural alignment and breathing effectively. Classes will always end with a period of relaxation.
