Hi. Yoga helps us feel better. It brings, calmness, empowerment, flexibility, strength in body & Mind. It gives us the tools to be able to meet our everyday challenges.
I am a " British Wheel of Yoga" trained teacher & have undertaken studies in " Hatha & Yin, Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs, Pregnancy both Pre & Post, mummies & babies, Chair Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, Meditation, Mantra & Mindfulness.
I have studied and trained in Yoga for Dementia, Parkinson’s, Lupus and Fibromyalgia as well as rehabilitation.
My aim to give you what you need, whether it's posture work to improve flexibility, change your body shape, build up strength or just to feel great or whether you would just like to stop the constant chatter of the mind by undertaking mindfulness and meditation classes.
