My name is Judith Naylor. I teach Hatha yoga classes in Bletchingley, Surrey and Waldron, East Sussex.

I am a British Wheel of Yoga qualified and experienced teacher. My classes are friendly, gentle and inclusive.

They are suitable for complete beginners or people with some experience of yoga.

Classes are held on Monday mornings from 10-11.30 in Waldron and on Thursday mornings from 10.45-12.15 in Bletchingley. Please see the Classes page for more details.

I also teach in other locations and offer one to one classes.
